The "Meet with Managing Director" Plan

1. The plan is intended to facilitate communication with the public.
2. The appointment time is 2 – 4 pm on the 2nd Wednesday of Janunary, April, July, and October. (Postpone to the next business day if it falls on the holidays.)
3. Registration is required one week before the appointment. Each inquiry can only be registered once.To register, please contact the Business Service Section: Phone (02) 87703423 or Fax (02) 87703540.
4. You may file up to five inquiries for each registration, with up to five attendants for each inquiry. We would reserve two inquiries in each registration for minority groups.
5. We will confirm with you time and place three days before your appointment.
6. This plan shall take effect upon promulgation.
